Senior Programme Officer – Education at Neem Foundation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of education programmes and projects
• Develop training curricula and teacher support models to improve learning outcomes
• Provide technical guidance to programme staff, partners, and stakeholders
• Build relationships with government agencies, donors, and education stakeholders
• Coordinate monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to measure programme impact
• Contribute to fundraising and proposal writing to sustain education initiatives
• Represent Neem Foundation in education networks and advocacy platforms
• Supervise and mentor junior programme staff

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in education programme management with NGOs, development agencies, or education institutions
• Proven expertise in teacher training, curriculum development, or education system strengthening
• Strong skills in programme design, fundraising, and donor reporting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Solid understanding of Nigeria’s education sector, policies, and challenges
