Senior Procurement Specialist at Calibration and Non Destructive Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Procurement Specialist to oversee and coordinate procurement activities, supplier management, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sourcing oil and gas equipment and technical materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate vendors and suppliers.
• Follow up with OEMs and suppliers for quotations and pricing.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, bid evaluations, and contract documentation.
• Coordinate the procurement of equipment, materials, and services.
• Maintain and regularly update the supplier database.
• Identify, assess, and onboard credible suppliers and OEMs through strategic sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Support inventory, logistics, and supply chain optimization initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant procurement experience within the EPCI or Oil & Gas sector.
• Good working knowledge of Ariba EP.
• Proven experience sourcing oil and gas equipment, materials, and technical services.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• High level of professionalism, proactiveness, efficiency, and attention to detail.
