    Senior Marketer & Business Developer

    Job Overview:

    The Senior Marketer & Business Developer will be a key player in driving revenue growth and enhancing HandyPros’ market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills who can establish relationships across various industries and influence stakeholders, including government agencies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, forming partnerships, and elevating HandyPros' brand recognition.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Revenue Generation

    • Project Revenue: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and business development strategies to drive revenue across all HandyPros business modules, including B2C, B2B, and hospitality services.

    Networking and Relationship Building

    • Industry Networking: Cultivate and maintain relationships with leaders across various industries to enhance HandyPros’ visibility and market position.
    • Government Relations*: Act as a liaison between HandyPros and governmental bodies to advocate for the company's interests and facilitate smoother operational processes.

    Brand Positioning

    • Market Presence: Strategically position HandyPros in key industry discussions and events, securing speaking engagements and participation that boost brand recognition.
    • Reputation Management: Ensure HandyPros’ name is synonymous with quality and reliability in the service industry, enhancing its credibility in relevant circles.

    Investment and Partnership Development

    • Investment Opportunities: Identify and evaluate investment opportunities that align with HandyPros’ mission and vision, presenting compelling cases to potential investors.
    • Partnership Building*: Forge and nurture partnerships with corporations, educational institutions, and other organizations to expand service offerings and market reach.

    Analytical and Strategic Insight

    • Market Research: Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions and marketing campaigns.
    • Performance Metrics: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and business development initiatives, using data to guide future efforts.

    Collaborative Engagement

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, technology, and customer service, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing and development strategies.
    • Training and Development: Support the professional development of team members by sharing insights on industry trends and effective marketing practices.

    Reporting and Accountability

    • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward revenue goals, partnership developments, and market positioning efforts.
    • Transparency: Foster a culture of transparency by sharing insights and outcomes with stakeholders and team members.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the service, technology, or hospitality industries.
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.

    Skills:

    • Strong networking and relationship management capabilities, with an extensive professional network.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
