    Admin & Logistic Manager (Healthcare Experience)

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin & Logistics Manager to oversee administrative operations and manage logistics activities efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day office management, coordinate supply chain activities, and maintain effective operational systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    Administrative Management

    • Oversee daily administrative operations of the organization.
    • Supervise administrative staff and ensure effective workflow.
    • Manage office facilities, utilities, and maintenance.
    • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
    • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.

    Logistics & Supply Chain Management

    • Plan and coordinate procurement, transportation, and delivery activities.
    • Manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
    • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock control.
    • Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

    Financial & Reporting Duties

    • Prepare operational and logistics reports for management.
    • Monitor budgets related to administration and logistics.
    • Ensure cost-effective procurement and resource utilization.

    Compliance & Risk Management

    • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage contracts and service-level agreements.
    • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5–7 years experience in administration and logistics management in the healthcare space.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management tools.
    • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
