• Lead a team of loan officers.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND or B.Sc Degree with 1-5 years experience.
• Good computer skills - MS Office and internet savvy.
• Has a good clientiele base and can hit the ground running.
• Previous experience in commercial or microfinance bank as a loan officer.
• Good experience in various SME financing sectors (Trade, Merchant and distributor financing etc).
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent experience with collateral loans.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
