We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Senior Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is integral to enhancing our organizational culture and ensuring that our human capital aligns with our strategic goals. The successful candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a deep understanding of talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support organizational objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals and drive initiatives that support organizational growth and development.
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR practices.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, promoting effective communication and resolution of concerns.
Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, training, and professional development to enhance workforce capabilities and satisfaction
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in a senior HR role.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and trends to drive strategic initiatives.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex HR projects and driving organizational change.
