    Senior Human Resource Business Partner

    Competencies & Skills

    • A bachelor’s degree in science or engineering,
    • Minimum of 5 years’ proven work experience
    • HR Certification is an advantage
    • Proven record of workforce development in a manufacturing or Technology Organization

    Educational & Professional Requirements

    •  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    •  MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Business Administration
    •  Certification in marketing, such as CIM or NIM.

    Role Responsibilities:  

    Performance Management:

    • Drive the performance management process, ensuring timely goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback.
    • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career development discussions.
    • Train managers and employees on performance management tools and best practices.Analyze performance trends and recommend strategies to enhance productivity and engagement.

    Employee Engagement:

    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
    • Facilitate employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and drive action plans.
    • Promote employee recognition programs that align with company values and business objectives.
    • Organize town halls, team-building activities, and other engagement initiatives.

    Employee Relations Management:

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on workplace issues, providing conflict resolution and mediation support.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
    • Investigate employee grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
    • Implement policies and programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

    HR Services & Compliance:

    • Ensure timely and efficient HR service delivery, including benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR systems management.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Support HR audits, reporting, and data analysis for informed decision-making.
    • Drive continuous process improvement in HR service delivery to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
    • Any other task as assigned.
