Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with the school's mission and values.
• This position requires a seasoned HR leader with expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the school's overall mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for faculty, administrative staff, and other positions.
• Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.
• Conduct regular talent reviews and succession planning to identify and nurture key talent within the organization.

Employee Relations:

• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
• Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.

Learning and Development:

• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop professional development programs.
• Implement strategies to support ongoing learning and skill development for staff at all levels.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on HR-related topics.

HR Policy and Compliance:

• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies in accordance with local and international regulations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry standards, and best HR practices.
• Provide guidance to leadership and employees on HR-related legal matters.

Benefits Administration:

• Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to the benefits program to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize HR analytics to assess and improve HR programs and initiatives.
• Generate regular reports on key HR metrics and present findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous working experience in a multinational school.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Adequate leadership and management skills with a proven track record of academic success.
• Strong knowledge of international HR practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• SHRM, SPHRI or other relevant HR certifications preferred.
• Preferably female.
