    Pharmacist

    Summary

    • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective administration of clinical services while also actively engaging in sales activities. This position requires a strong background in clinical pharmacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities
    Clinical Duties:

    • Administer clinical services, including medication therapy management, immunizations, and health screenings.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication regimens and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
    • Provide drug information and counseling to patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and interactions.

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy program.
    • Active pharmacy license in Abuja.
    • 2 - 5 years work experience.
    • Clinical pharmacy experience, with a focus on medication therapy management. Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting is also preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Sales experience and a customer-focused mindset.
    • Familiarity with pharmacy management software and electronic health records
    • Board Certification in a relevant clinical pharmacy specialty and certification in immunization administration is an added advantage.
