    Sales Coordinator (Internet Service Provider)

    Job Objectives

    • We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
    • The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
    • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
    • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
    • Assigning territories and quotas to company sales staff
    • Coordinating training and scheduling for sales staff
    • Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures
    • Analyzing customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
    • Tracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team
    • Entering order information into the company database
    • Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products
    • Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales
    • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
    • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
    • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
    • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
    • Ensure adherence to laws and policies

    Requirements and Skills

    • BSc / BA in Business Administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
    • Advanced sales and customer service skills
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales positions in an Internet Service Provider Company
    • Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts
    • Knowledge of trends and regulations in their specific industry
    • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members
    • Excellent leadership and coaching abilities
    • Able to work with other department heads to develop effective marketing strategies
    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Skilled in staff optimization and team development
    • Good computer skills (MS Office)

    Job Summary

    NOC Engineer

    Job Objective

    • Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineers monitor large computer networks and servers for problems from a central location.
    • They analyze problems, perform troubleshooting and incident response on the system, communicate with site technicians and track problems through to resolution.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform general “system administration” tasks on all elements of the network.
    • Discover problem areas which could negatively impact system performance or customer satisfaction
    • Pro‐actively monitor network and system performance.
    • Analyze traffic data and trends and escalate areas of concern to the network design authority.
    • Escalate problems to third level support (Problem management team) where these cannot be resolved within the Network Operations Centre (NOC).
    • Perform general “system administration” tasks on all elements of the network.
    • Perform network surveillance 24/7, respond to network‐reported and customer‐reported problems
    • Take ownership to ensure that all problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Manage problem resolution using network monitoring/management tools
    • Monitor key suppliers service levels and highlight where Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are not being met.

    Requirements

    • BSc / HND in Computer Science / Engineering or other related Course
    • 2+ years’ experience as network engineer preferable in an ISP/Telco environment.

    Skills:

    • Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
    • Capable of making solid, fact-based decisions under pressure.
    • Ability to work well in an international, multi-cultural, and high-pressure technical environment.
    • Technical experience in a telecommunications or network operations environment.
    • Very Good understanding of wireless communications Technology
    • Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification.
    • Interested candidates must be able to work on a 24/7 shift Rotation

    Head Nurse

    Job Requirements

    • Must be a Registered Nurse with (RN) Certificate
    • Additional Midwifery certificate also desirable
    • Minimum 4 years experience
    • Proven leadership skill
    • Experience with managing a team of nurses
    • Understanding of nursing training requirements and coordination
    • Top-notch discipline at work and can instill same in a team
    • Prompt supervision of junior clinic workers and continuous training
