    Senior HR Officer

    Job Summary

    • The incumbent will be an experienced and forward-thinking Senior HR to lead our HR initiatives in a dynamic tech-driven environment. 
    • This role is critical in supporting our high- growth IT organization by aligning HR strategies with business goals, nurturing top tech talent, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to shape HR strategy that supports business growth and agility in a fast-paced tech environment.
    • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Drive recruitment strategies to attract top- tier tech talent in areas like software development, DevOps, data science, and cybersecurity. Build and promote a strong employer brand across digital platforms and tech communities.
    • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management systems by ensuring continuous feedback and career development pathways for technical teams.
    • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture that values transparency, continuous learning, and psychological safety. Use data-driven insights to improve retention and employee satisfaction.
    • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI programs to build a diverse and inclusive workforce reflective of the global tech community.
    • HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee core HR functions including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws in multiple jurisdictions (especially if operating in global markets).
    • Learning & Development: Create and scale training programs for technical upskilling, leadership development, and soft skills enhancement.
    • Technology-Driven HR: Leverage HRIS, ATS, and analytics tools to streamline HR processes and deliver actionable workforce insights.
    • Any other duties as may be assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
    • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role within a tech or IT organization.
    • Deep understanding of challenges in recruiting and retaining tech talent.
    • Strong knowledge of employment regulations, especially in tech hubs or multi-country setups.
    • Proven track record in organizational development, change management, and strategic HR planning.
    • Familiarity with modern HR tools (e.g., SeamlessHR, SAP, TALLY etc.).
    • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
