About the Role 

We’re looking for confident, articulate, and results-oriented individuals to join our fast-growing  recruitment brands. As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates—matching exceptional talent with leading organisations. 

This is a 360° role where you will: 

∙Engage potential clients, understand their hiring needs, and present tailored solutions. 

• Build strong relationships with professionals across various industries. 
• Manage the full recruitment process—from sourcing and interviewing to presenting candidates and relaying feedback. 
• Sell opportunities to candidates and represent top-tier talent to clients. 
• Negotiate offers and close deals that create win-win outcomes.

Who We're Looking For 

• A graduate (minimum 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or above) 
• 1–2 years’ experience in sales or customer service 
• Ambitious, competitive, and eager to maximize your potential 
• A strong communicator—clear, confident, and engaging 
• Someone who can hold conversations with senior professionals with polish and maturity 
• Resilient, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
