Senior HR Officer at NIPCO Gas Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and HR best practices
• Supervise performance management systems and employee evaluations
• Lead training and development programs to enhance workforce productivity
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll structures
• Provide guidance to senior management on HR-related matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 7–10 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage
