Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is not required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior HR Officer
• Certification/Membership of CIPM is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Nigeria Labour Law is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
