    Senior HR Generalist

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and professional HR Generalist with 5-8 years of experience in the banking sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an agile, smart, and well-presented individual, capable of handling all facets of human resources operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on challenges immediately.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage recruitment processes including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires within the banking sector.
    • Administer employee relations, ensuring that all staff concerns and inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
    • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and career development programs.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
    • Manage employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
    • Support compensation and benefits management, ensuring employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
    • Provide guidance to managers on HR-related matters, including disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
    • Ensure the company’s HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with significant experience in the banking sector.
    • Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
    • Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Must be smart, presentable, and professional.
    • Ready to resume immediately.
