Overview

• We are seeking a skilled and result-oriented Senior Client Service Officer to lead client relationship efforts and ensure outstanding client experience. The ideal candidate will proactively manage client engagements, resolve concerns efficiently, and work collaboratively to drive client satisfaction and profitable growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a lead point of contact for key clients and ensure prompt, effective communication.
• Manage client onboarding, service delivery, and feedback processes.
• Build strong, long-term relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Identify client needs and recommend services or programs that align with their goals.
• Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and speed.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and follow-up.
• Develop strategies to improve client retention and service profitability.
• Provide periodic reports on client service metrics, satisfaction levels, and upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience in Account management role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment
