Job Overview

The senior Associate will work with and lead teams of professional staff in primarily providing tax consulting services including Tax Due Diligences, Mergers and Acquisition support, International Tax Services and similar support to our clients. In addition, the successful candidates will be involved in practice management for the firm

Qualification 

• Bsc, HND(Minimum of 2.1/Upper credit in any field)
• Professional or postgraduate educational qualification: ICAN, ACCA, CITN, MBA is an added advantage.

Job Description

• Support supervisors in leading team to provide:
  • Tax advisory services to domestic and international clients
  • Mergers and acquisitions support including Tax Due Diligences and similar support to our clients
  • Tax compliances support when the need arises
• Provide guidance to the firm and clients regarding changes and emerging issues in the tax and business landscape
• Manage relationships with clients, regulators, and other external parties, provide insights and champion thought leadership
• Project management and management reporting
• Perform other related tasks and official assignment
