    School Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an experienced School Marketer who will strengthen our brand presence, attract quality leads, and tell the SBS story in ways that resonate with modern families.
    • The ideal candidate will be creative, strategic, and passionate about education someone who knows how to convert awareness into real interest.

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the school’s programs and values to target audiences.
    • Create and manage engaging content across social media, email newsletters, and the school’s website.
    • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, open days, community events, and outreach activities.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Executive to ensure smooth handover and follow-up of leads.
    • Manage advertising budgets, analyse campaign performance, and prepare regular reports on results.
    • Strengthen the school’s brand identity through consistent messaging, storytelling, and design direction.
    • Build and maintain relationships with parents, alumni, media partners, and education communities.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to keep the school’s marketing strategy relevant and effective.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or any related field.
    • A B.Sc. in Marketing or Communications from an A-list institution is an added advantage.
    • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Content Strategy are desirable.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications, preferably within education or a service-based organization.
    • Proven ability to design and implement successful marketing campaigns that drive visibility and enquiries.
    • Strong creative and analytical skills — able to generate ideas and measure their impact.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Solid understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
    • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
    • A strong understanding of the Lagos private school landscape is an added advantage.
    • A confident, professional presence and ability to represent the school brand at public events.
