This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Staff located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Sales Staff will be responsible for generating new business leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying opportunities to offer banking products and services.
Key tasks include engaging with customers to understand their financial needs, achieving sales targets, and staying informed about market trends and Fidelity Bank's offerings.
The role also involves ensuring compliance with banking regulations and providing excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Development
Knowledge of Banking Products, Financial Services, and Market Trends
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
Strong Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Abilities
Commitment to Teamwork, Leadership, and Meeting Sales Goals
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
