Job Description

• Implementing the company's product sales activities through direct visits to Prospective Customers/Customers in order to achieve sales targets and Customer Satisfaction according to company goals
• Implementing customer demand fulfillment activities in a timely manner and improving and achieving customer satisfaction.
• Provide good and fast service to customers in order to provide a good corporate image to customers.
• Documenting every customer complaint in order to find a solution quickly, properly, safely, efficiently and effectively.
• Implementing a sales administration system in accordance with applicable policies, systems and procedures.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
• Build a good relationship with the buyer's department of Modern Market outlets

Responsibilities

• Making reports accurately and on time according to the established Reporting System.
• The implementation of sales activities and the administration system runs well, safely, efficiently and effectively.
• Achievement of sales targets according to the set targets.
• Maintain the good name of the company among customers without harming the company.
• Achievement of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Delight.
• Sales management and control.
• Ensuring that the product is properly displayed in sufficient quantities
• Ensure that every Modern Market outlet has sufficient stock and request a Purchase Order if the stock is close to the adequacy limit
• Ensure that customer orders are delivered according to the schedule and quantity ordered

Day To Day Activity:

• Make visits to customers according to a predetermined route
• Monitor the adequacy of stock at each outlet
• Ensuring products are displayed properly
• Doing sales reporting every day
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure each order is delivered in the right quantity and time

Requirements

• Maximum age 25-30 years old
• Minimum of OND in any discipline
• Preference will be given to those who have experience in the field of FMCG products.
• Experienced as a Modern Market salesman
• Communicative, able to negotiate & never give up
• Able to work together in a team
• Have a car driving license

Salary
N120,000 to N180,000 Monthly.
