    Sales Representative / Office Manager

    Responsibilities
    Product Knowledge:

    • Understand key specs of all laptops (CPU, RAM, storage, GPU, battery, screen type, ports).
    • Know how to explain differences between models (e.g., i5 vs i7, GTX vs RTX, business vs gaming laptops).
    • Stay updated on new arrivals and pricing.

    Customer Engagement:

    • Attend to walk-in, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Jiji enquiries quickly and professionally.
    • Ask customers the right questions (budget, usage, preferred brand, screen size).
    • Recommend the best laptop based on customer needs (school, graphics, business, gaming).

    Sales Conversion:

    • Follow up on all leads until closed or lost.
    • Negotiate prices where allowed and secure deposits.
    • Ensure smooth order processing and collection/delivery.

    Content & Listing Duties:

    • Create and post adverts on Jiji, WhatsApp status, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
    • Ensure adverts follow your preferred format and include all important specs.
    • Take clear product photos & short demo videos for listings.

    Inventory Coordination:

    • Track available stock and update out-of-stock items immediately.
    • Notify you when popular models are running low.
    • Label and arrange laptops neatly in the store.

    Quality Checks:

    • Test laptops before sale (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, Wi-Fi, webcam, ports).
    • Confirm chargers and accessories are working.
    • Report any faults immediately.

    Customer Education:

    • Explain warranty, return policy, and care tips (battery care, overheating prevention).
    • Guide customers on basic laptop setup if needed.

    Documentation & Reporting:

    • Record all sales, deposits, and customer details in a sales sheet or CRM.
    • Submit daily/weekly sales reports.
    • Track expenses (delivery fees, accessories purchased, etc.)

    After-Sales Support:

    • Follow up with customers after purchase.
    • Handle warranty issues and complaints professionally.
    • Assist with technical issues (OS activation, driver updates).

    Store Management:

    • Maintain a clean, presentable shop.
    • Secure laptops, accessories, and packaging materials.
    • Ensure power, UPS, and security are always set up.

    Brand Representation:

    • Maintain professional communication at all times.
    • Represent the business positively online and offline.
    • Build good customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
    • Must reside close to Ajah and its environs.
