Sales and Marketing Specialist at Cumbrian Consulting

We seek a strategic, results-oriented Head of Sales and Marketing to continue to build, lead, and scale the marketing and sales function from the ground up. This role requires developing and executing revenue growth strategies, building a high-performance team, and driving nationwide expansion. 

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to achieve ambitious business objectives

Job Objectives and Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth nationwide.
• Build, lead, and train a high-performing marketing and sales team.
• Drive corporate, B2B, B2G, and retail sales, including distributor network development.
• Oversee digital marketing channels, branding, and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Manage performance metrics, reporting, and CRM systems to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree would be an advantage but not strictly necessary).
• 5+ years of marketing and sales leadership experience, including B2B/institutional sales.
• Proven experience building teams and implementing CRM systems.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, nationwide operational environment.
