    Sales & Partnerships Lead (Hospital)

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase patient volume and revenue.
    • Identify new business opportunities across corporate, retail, and institutional segments.
    • Promote hospital services (e.g., diagnostics, specialist care, surgeries, wellness packages).

    Partnerships & Business Development:
    Build and manage partnerships with:

    • Corporate organizations (for employee healthcare services)
    • Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and insurance providers
    • Government agencies and NGOs
    • Referring doctors and clinics
    • Negotiate and close partnership agreements and service contracts.

    Corporate & Institutional Sales:

    • Drive corporate account acquisition and retention.
    • Design customized healthcare packages for organizations.
    • Manage key accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.

    Market Expansion:

    • Identify new markets and outreach opportunities.
    • Organize health camps, medical outreaches, and awareness programs.
    • Represent the hospital at events, conferences, and networking forums.

    Relationship Management:

    • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients.
    • Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
    • Improve referral networks and patient loyalty.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
    • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage

    Experience:

    • 5 – 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
    • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or pharmaceutical sectors preferred
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
    • Strategic thinking and market awareness
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
    • Data-driven decision-making.
