The individual must be hands-on and will be required to stay knowledgeable about the company’s products while working collaboratively with the management and marketing team to meet agreed targets.
Job Duties
Engage sales leads and close deals
Create a systematic, process and results-driven approach to follow-ups and outreach management
Identify and constantly source sales opportunities
Research and constantly stay abreast of understanding target audience personas, interests and strategic priorities.
Collaborate with senior management and other members of the marketing team including digital marketing executive and social media officer to devise sales boosting strategies
Upsell additional products as the need arise
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Continuously improve through feedback
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
Passionate about sales and closing deals
Proactive and detail oriented
Excellent communicator with clear understanding of verbal, non-verbal and written cues
Excellent organisational skills with a willingness to assume responsibilities to deliver beyond targets
Willingness to think outside the box even when under pressure
Must be able to use basic customer interfacing tools including Whatsapp business and other digital platforms
