Sales Officer (Entry-Level) at Babymigo

About the Role

• The individual must be hands-on and will be required to stay knowledgeable about the company’s products while working collaboratively with the management and marketing team to meet agreed targets.

Job Duties

• Engage sales leads and close deals
• Create a systematic, process and results-driven approach to follow-ups and outreach management
• Identify and constantly source sales opportunities
• Research and constantly stay abreast of understanding target audience personas, interests and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with senior management and other members of the marketing team including digital marketing executive and social media officer to devise sales boosting strategies
• Upsell additional products as the need arise
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
• Passionate about sales and closing deals
• Proactive and detail oriented
• Excellent communicator with clear understanding of verbal, non-verbal and written cues
• Excellent organisational skills with a willingness to assume responsibilities to deliver beyond targets
• Willingness to think outside the box even when under pressure
• Must be able to use basic customer interfacing tools including Whatsapp business and other digital platforms
• Must be able to create compelling sales scripts
