Job Summary

The Sales/Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, building strong community relationships, and promoting CarePoint Hospitals’ services to increase visibility and revenue. The role requires a proactive, target-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for healthcare marketing.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote hospital services.
• Identify and engage potential clients, corporate organizations, HMOs, and community groups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, partners, and patients.
• Organize and participate in marketing campaigns, community outreach, and hospital events.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitors’ activities.
• Meet set sales and marketing targets and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Manage hospital’s online and offline visibility through branding, social media, and partnerships.
