Sales Officer at Assist to Hire Limited

We seek to hire a sales-driven and customer-oriented sales officer to oversee our sales team and determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales.

Responsibilities

• Ability to sell online courses and win HR outsourcing business.
• Source and close recruitment deal.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the company services.
• Determine best strategies to increase customer base.
• Prepare accurate sales report to management.
• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
• Promote company's service and create brand awareness.
• Source for recruitment leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
• Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
• Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc., thoroughly for manager review.

Requirement

• Proven track record in a sales environment
• Experience in HR consulting is a plus.
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Ability to create and deliver client presentations, especially power points.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Qualification

BSC or HND in Business Admin or Sales related course
