Sales & Marketing Supervisor (Poultry Products) at Aureole Consulting Limited

We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Supervisor to lead the sales and marketing of our poultry products (eggs and meat). The ideal candidate will focus on expanding market presence in Lagos and across the Southwest, building strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and institutions, while leveraging digital platforms to grow brand awareness and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales of eggs and meat to retailers, wholesalers, hotels, supermarkets, and catering businesses.
2. Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities.
3. Monitor market trends, daily egg/meat prices, and competitor activities.
4. Develop and manage social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, TikTok, and X.
5. Support logistics to ensure on-time product delivery.
6. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field.
2. 3–4 years’ experience in sales/marketing, preferably in poultry, agribusiness, or FMCG.
3. Strong knowledge of the Lagos poultry market.
4. Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Highly self-driven and result-oriented.
