You will be reporting to and working closely with the Marketing Team and Construction Team.
Find suitable clients for the Company’s properties or third party properties details of which are provided by the Company, and fulfilling the request of such clients.
Pursue leads and occasionally provide information/leads on the Company’s properties and real estate products.
Liaise with the content department of the Company for the creation of content on a weekly basis for the running of ads of the Company’s properties and real estate products on various platforms.
Ensure third-party listings of the Company’s properties and real estate products on various platforms in Nigeria for the listing of real estate products and properties. Do all that is necessary and ancillary for the promotion and sale of the Company’s properties and real estate products.
At least 1 sale a month across the company & 3rd Party sales & listings properties
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
Requirements
Preferred candidate: Must be a Graduate from any discipline
Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing of Real Estate products and services
Extensive knowledge of the Nigeria Real Estate industry
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Excellent Organizational skill and emotional intelligence
