    Sales & Marketing Associate

    Responsibilities

    • You will be reporting to and working closely with the Marketing Team and Construction Team.
    • Find suitable clients for the Company’s properties or third party properties details of which are provided by the Company, and fulfilling the request of such clients.
    • Pursue leads and occasionally provide information/leads on the Company’s properties and real estate products.
    • Liaise with the content department of the Company for the creation of content on a weekly basis for the running of ads of the Company’s properties and real estate products on various platforms.
    • Ensure third-party listings of the Company’s properties and real estate products on various platforms in Nigeria for the listing of real estate products and properties. Do all that is necessary and ancillary for the promotion and sale of the Company’s properties and real estate products.
    • At least 1 sale a month across the company & 3rd  Party sales & listings properties
    • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly

    Requirements

    • Preferred candidate: Must be a Graduate from any discipline
    • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing of Real Estate products and services
    • Extensive knowledge of the Nigeria Real Estate industry
    • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
    • Excellent Organizational skill and emotional intelligence
    • Ability to work weekend.
    • Excellent Communication skill.

    Accountant (Abuja)

    Responsibilities

    • Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
    • Preparing and maintaining important financial reports
    • Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time
    • Evaluating financial operations to recommend best practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently
    • Offering guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization
    • Conducting forecasting and risk analysis assessments
    • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation
    • Preparing and posting multiple invoices
    • Preparation of vendor reconciliation

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
    • Minimum work experience is 2-3 years
    • Candidate must have previous experience in the construction industry or manufacturing experience operating an ERP software (Microsoft Dynamic/Business Central/Navbuild) and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Document Control (Payments and Calculations)
    • Interfacing with Statutory bodies (Inland Revenue)
    • ERP (Functions to be assigned)
    • Any other duties as assigned
    • Must be a Resident of Abuja
    • Must have Experience with Document Control (Invoicing, VAT and Withholding tax calculation).

    Foreign Trade Account Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the import process including Letters of Credit (Valid & Non Valid for Forex) and Bills for Collection
    • Payment of Trade Invisibles including Overseas Dividends, TSF & Royalty Fees & UK Insurance Plant Premium Payment
    • Settlement of Inter Company debts and third party payments through EFT
    • Management of Export process and proceeds repatriation
    • Management of Export incentive grants
    • Ensuring Compliance with exchange control regulations
    • Verification of FX Charges
    • Daily monitoring of exchange rate for hedging and trend analysis
    • Management of Import duty payment and provision of monthly Import duty analysis
    • Ensure compliance with financial policies (Authorities & Limits)
    • Ensure that all Foreign Currency transactions are booked promptly.
    • Maintain up to date record for export proceeds receipt

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A graduate plus associate membership of a recognized professional Accounting body with relevant work experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience with proven integrity.
    • Ability to take commercial insights and translate into the Organisation & People Agenda.
    • Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions.
    • Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent coaching and relationship building skills. 
    • Sound IT knowledge in the use of outlook (Excel, word and power point)
    • Working knowledge in accounting package-SAP (All modules)

    Design Engineer

    Job responsibilities

    • Assist the Team Leader in maintaining the operational performance of the Technical Office and, where necessary
    • Develop an understanding of company’s products and Technical design strategy
    • Provide technical advice on all company products to customers and company Sales Engineers
    • Produce accurate and cost-effective drawings, schedules and quotations whilst maintaining an efficient and effective use of time and other resources.
    • Preparation of offer presentations and, if necessary, independent presentation to the customer
    • Independent solution finding and quotation elaboration, quotation calculation and technical quotation description based on it.
    • Independent static pre-dimensioning.
    • Check and develop further schemes produced by other technical team members to ensure safety, accuracy, and cost effectiveness for all parties!
    • Ensure consistent and efficient working practices, evaluating compliance with engineering processes and procedures and supporting the development & maintenance of engineering tools to increase productivity.
    • Work closely with the Head of Engineers, Sales Team and Managing Director to help support strategic growth of the subsidiary.
    • Available to travels occasionally for trainings and site support.

    Requirements

    • Engineering Bachelor’s degree minimum in a construction related subject - i.e. Civil Engineering
    • PC literate with good knowledge of MS office including excel
    • In depth knowledge of AutoCAD
    • Experience within a formwork designer role previously desirable
    • Experience of applying relevant engineering Standards applicable to formwork and scaffolding desirable
    • Understanding of the technical requirements in the Construction industry in Nigeria
    • In depth knowledge of Design Analysis Programs
    • Objective-orientated, ability to work independently
    • Ability to work within a team
    • Strong work ethic, open and reliable

    Marketing & Strategy Coordinator

    Job Responsibilities

    • Initial special focus on customer engagement via training and email marketing
    • To develop a sound understanding of company’s products and services and the benefits they provide our customers
    • Market research and monitoring, creation, and maintenance of the relevant fact base maintain a clear and detailed understanding of the business segments to identify and validate opportunities
    • Conduct market research to identify and validate opportunities
    • Evaluation of validated opportunities for the formulation of market strategies in close collaboration with the Managing Director and the Sales Manager Support the deployment of the company market strategy by acting as central coordinator between all involved subsidiary functions.
    • Communicate market requirements, segment strategy, and strategic measures to all stakeholders in the subsidiary including the wider Market Unit as required,
    • Manage and coordinate subsidiary strategic marketing activities with Managing Director & Sales Manager in the target segments to drive segment turnover, relevant market share, and profitability

    • Coordinate design work, and video media and then liaise with external support to deliver print and digital marketing collateral• Manage the development of creative marketing materials and sales tools, primarily to support the sales team
