    Sales Manager – Solar Energy Solutions

    Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in the solar and distributed energy sector to lead business development and client acquisition efforts across Nigeria.
    • The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong network within the renewable energy ecosystem, and hands-on experience driving growth in high-value solar projects and power solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the company’s solar solutions portfolio across commercial, industrial, and hybrid segments.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.
    • Lead and mentor a small team of sales executives to achieve revenue targets.
    • Build strong relationships with EPCs, developers, and large corporate energy users.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to design and deliver tailored solar solutions for clients.
    • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in solar or power solutions sales; preferably in companies providing turnkey solar, hybrid, or energy infrastructure projects.
    • Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, energy storage, and hybrid power solutions.
    • Demonstrated ability to close large-scale B2B projects and manage key client relationships.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    • Familiarity with Nigeria’s renewable energy market landscape and commercial project dynamics.
