    Sales Manager – Passenger Transport/Courier Services

    We are recruiting for a reputable and growing Passenger Transport and Courier Services Company, committed to delivering safe, reliable, and timely transportation and logistics solutions. As part of their expansion strategy, we seek an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow passenger transport and courier business
    • Identify and secure new corporate, institutional, and retail clients
    • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements
    • Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve targets
    • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
    • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
    • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure service delivery
    • Represent the company at business meetings, pitches, and networking events

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum of 5–7 years sales experience, preferably in transport, logistics, courier, or service industry
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
    • Good understanding of passenger transport and courier operations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
    • Digital marketing experience will be considered an added advantage.
