Sales Manager - Household Items at CHF Heron Nigeria Limited

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to manage and drive sales of our household items brand, driving business growth, and increasing brand visibility. The successful candidate will develop and execute brand strategies, manage product launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand decisions.

Product Management:

• Manage product launches, including positioning, pricing, and promotional plans.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand-aligned product development.

Marketing Campaigns:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, print, etc.) to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and campaign evaluations.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
• Collaborate with external agencies (advertising, PR, etc.) to deliver brand objectives.

Performance Analysis:

• Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics (sales, market share, brand awareness, etc.).
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve brand performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing brands and driving business growth.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with household items or FMCG brands is a plus.
