Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales & Lettings Officer to join our team. The Sales & Lettings Officer will be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying new business opportunities, expanding our property portfolio, and facilitating successful transactions.

About the Role

• Monitor the progress of projects to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify and seize new business opportunities.
• Proactively canvass key landlords/properties to expand the employer's property portfolio.
• Develop social capital and promote the organization's reputation through effective networking activities.
• Convert client inquiries into briefs, arrange property viewings, and meet client needs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and landlords, negotiate offers, and facilitate successful transactions.
• Respond to tenant complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Work with the Legal and Admin departments to prepare and execute offers, tenancy agreements, sales contracts, etc.
• Identify, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
• Manage social media marketing of available properties to enhance visibility and attract potential clients.
• Oversee short-term rental business activities, including bookings and website management.
• Carry out all other functions and responsibilities that are usual and incidental to a Sales and Letting Officer in other similar organizations.

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years work experience.
• Proven experience in sales, lettings, or real estate, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking abilities and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and landlords.
• Proficient in using social media platforms for marketing and lead generation.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and best practices.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
