Sales Executives (IT Solutions) at Talents and Skills Africa

About Us:

Our Client, an International IT Solutions firm specializes in providing affordable and customized IT solutions for educational institutes, particularly focusing on management applications that streamline operations. They are expanding our reach to Nigeria and are looking for dynamic sales executives to help us grow in this new market. Talents and Skills Africa Consulting LLC, a leading workforce management solutions firm has been appointed as Employer of Record to recruit and management its global workforce from Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients in the coaching and education sector.
• Promote and sell Lift10x IT Solutions\' management applications to coaching institutes.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of the solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Provide customer feedback to the development team for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the India-based team for regular training and updates.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in IT or educational sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with the education system in Nigeria is a plus.
