    Sales Executive

    Purpose:

    To drive Revenues and profits for the organization through growing market share in assigned territory, share of business with existing clients and bringing on board new clients for the business.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
    • Maximize sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs of the client
    • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets and activity quotas
    • Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships
    • Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
    • Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research
    • negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
    • Negotiate and close deals
    • liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
    • record sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system
    • represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
    • gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
    • feed future buying trends back to employers
    • review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
    • Collaborate with team members, attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.

    Skills Required

    • Strong Interpersonal Relationship Skills.
    • Sound Presentation Skills and communication skills.
    • Strong Negotiation and commercial Skills
    • Broad Knowledge of Sales /Marketing and distribution.
    • Strong Knowledge of the ICT industry both hardware and software.
    •  Strong Understanding of the Dynamics that drive B2B Business and understanding of customer needs and requirements.
