    Sales Executive

    A Business Process Outsourcing and IT Solutions Company located on Lagos mainland is sourcing for a talented Sales executive professional with 1-2years B2B Sales experience to join our team.


    Salary Range: ₦80,000

    Responsibilities:

    • Manages service maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
    • Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
    • Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid- management levels
    • Work closely with team on cross-territory opportunities
    • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
    • Understand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition, technology, process and current partnerships
    • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the business; projecting expected sales volume and profit both for existing and new accounts
    • Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
    • Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences

    Skills Set:

    • Experience in B2B Sales
    • Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills 
    • Great communicate skills, verbally and in writing 
    • Organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations
    • Excellent Analytical Skills

    • Passionate about Sales
    • Knowledge of computer, MSOffice standard packages.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum HND in any marketing or social sciences 
    • Minimum of 1 - 2 years relevant experience in a BPO/Technology space in similar role
    • Minimum of 1 year experience as B2B Sales Executive
