Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Scheduling site inspections and booking sales appointment meetings with prospects.
Ensuring effective follow-up for timely settlement of all payments due to the company.
Assisting unit head in coordinating sales and marketing events.
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Profiling prospects and generating leads.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Ensuring that all leads generated (Online and offline) are properly documented, followed up, and reported in line with achieving sales closure.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification or its equivalent.
2 years work experience working in real estate and financial industry.
