    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
    • The role involves promoting the company’s products or services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
    • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability.
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications in CRM tools.
    • Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and product improvements.

    Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
    • Number of new clients acquired.
    • Client retention and satisfaction rates.
    • Revenue growth contribution.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative with insurance company preferably.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
