The client is looking to hire a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join its growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and target achievement. S/he will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and secure new clients across assigned markets.
Present and promote products/services to potential customers using solid sales arguments.
Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales and repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and networking activities.
Provide accurate reports on sales performance and pipeline updates.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
A positive attitude with a passion for building customer relationships.
