Sales Executive / Coordinator- Food Production at West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE)

Our client, a wellness-focused manufacturing company specializing in salads, fresh juices, and pre-cut vegetables, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive / Coordinator to lead and manage sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, coordinating the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000
Location: Iddo, Lagos
Working Terms: Full-time, On-site (Monday – Friday)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer base and meet revenue targets
• Manage and coordinate sales activities across channels, including wholesale and retail
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or the food & beverage industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
