    Sales Executive

    WHAT YOU WILL OWN

    • Generate new qualified leads every week
    • Execute structured follow-up until conversion or disqualification
    • Schedule and conduct inspections that move deals forward
    • Close deals, confirm payments, and hit monthly revenue targets
    • Submit daily performance reports — numbers first, always
    • Improve conversion rate through smarter objection handling

    • New qualified leads per week
    • Follow-ups completed
    • Inspections scheduled
    • Payments confirmed
