    Sales & Customer Success Executive, Inbound Conversion & Social Selling

    Job Summary 

    • The Sales & Customer Success Executive is a high-velocity closer. Recognizing that the majority of digital retail conversions in Nigeria materialize within chat interfaces, this role is dedicated to turning outbound website traffic, social media comments, and inbound DM inquiries into fully paid prescription eyewear orders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monopolize the administration of the WhatsApp Business API, Instagram Direct Messages, and TikTok comment threads, maintaining a strict response time benchmark of under 5 minutes during business hours.
    • Execute outbound call campaigns and personalized chat follow-ups to recapture abandoned carts and incomplete checkouts
    • Deploy consultative selling methodologies to educate parents on the distinct value metrics of NANO VISTA frames (long-term financial savings due to indestructibility).
    • Upsell premium pediatric lens enhancements, including anti-blue light filters for digital eye strain, transition lenses, and scratch-resistant optical coatings.

    Candidate Specifications & Requirements

    • Experience: 1–3 years of high-volume social commerce sales, digital tele-selling, or customer relationship management.
    • Psychological Profile: Highly resilient, empathetic communicator who naturally handles pricing objections ('Why are these frames premium?') by steering conversations toward structural quality and medical durability.
    • TFamiliarity with WhatsApp CRM platforms, social media dashboards, and general spreadsheet ordering logs.
