    Sales / Business Development Officer (Land & Property)

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking a result driven Sales & Business Development Officer to drive growth within the real estate sector.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling estate properties and lands for development, build strong client relationships, and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand market presence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales of estate properties and lands for development
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
    • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
    • Negotiate deals and prepare sales proposals and reports.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
    • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • Proven sales/business development experience in real estate is an added advantage
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
