We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team, with a focus on selling loans to private individuals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling loans to HNIs, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Job Details
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, research, and market analysis
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and delivering tailored loan solutions
Conduct sales meetings and presentations to promote our loan products and services, highlighting the benefits and value proposition
Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth
Continuously monitor and report on sales performance and market trends, identifying areas for improvement and optimising sales strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience selling loans to HNIs & Private individuals.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
Strong knowledge of financial services industry and lending products
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in wealth management or private banking
Knowledge of the private wealth market and competitive landscape
Experience with sales strategy development and execution
