    Sales Associate

    Job Summary
    In this role, you will have these core responsibilities:

    • The Sales Associate is responsible for promoting AZA Finance’s product offerings, building relationships with prospects, and qualifying them to close wins.
    • As a key member of AZA Finance’s Revenue team, the successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of AZA Finance’s products, sales as well as a strong sense of curiosity.
    • We are looking for an energetic, empathetic, driven, resilient individual with exceptional selling skills and a knack for building strong relationships. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, a great troubleshooter, and have the drive to achieve quarterly targets.
    • This Sales Associate position provides a challenging career opportunity as well as career advancement within AZA Finance.

    Team Support:

    • Support a team of sales lead qualifiers and ensure timely qualification and conversion of leads.
    • Implement sales strategies to ensure the team meets its goals.
    • Generate quality leads to cushion the sales targets.
    • Advocate for the personal growth & wellness of your team.
    • Support the Account Managers to get the most revenue from clients.
    • Set and track your revenue targets.
    • Work with cross functional teams on projects.

    Sales Delivery:

    • Conduct market research on client verticals.
    • Responsible for exceeding Key Performance Indicators within your pipeline.
    • Update all data, activities and interactions through the CRM tool.
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
    • Sell in international markets.
    • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients in collaboration with Sales lead as well as sales strategy.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate faster client onboarding.
    • Create a culture of inclusion, learning, and collaboration.
    • Able to understand and deliver AZA Finance’s unique value propositions

    Requirements

    • Experience: 3+ years experience in an outbound sales role.
    • Nice to have: 1+ year sales lead qualification role.
    • Problem solver: Hustles to find a solution, willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done, a track record of success, continually strives for excellence.
    • Have an existing portfolio of clients that needs AZA Finance's products.
    • Communicator: Writes and speaks with intention.
    • Curious: Genuinely wants to learn and better understand things, asks meaningful and thoughtful questions, and is an active listener.
    • Empathetic: Strong understanding of the needs, goals and drivers of others.
    • Detail-oriented: you consistently deliver work on time and don't miss key details.
    • Team player: Collaborative, enjoys supporting others, takes initiative.
