Job Description

• We are looking for a Sales and Support Assistant to join our Horticultural Division in Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will help with planning, organizing, and coordinating all logistics and administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inventory, inbound, and outbound logistics.
• Facilitating communication between the horticultural team, clients, and other departments like logistics or finance.
• Arrange transportation for delivery orders.
• Handling filing, data entry, sales-related paperwork, and administrative tasks.
• Manage customer relationships and provide customer service to existing and potential customers.
• Support the horticultural team with admin and logistics needs.
• Communicate with colleagues and delivery teams
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in Business Admin, Agric. Economics, Agriculture, Logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or administration within the vegetable seeds industry will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Lagos road network, interstate routes, and logistics systems
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Must be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Having a valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
