Sales and Marketing Officer at Tingo Mobile

We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.

• Interface with customers at both B2B and B2C levels.
• Meet and exceed sales target
• Initiate sales ideas and generate leads
• Develop a growth strategy, focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research in identifying new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s product/services, and ensure after-sales support
• Must have good presentation skills
• Build a lasting relationship with new and existing customers
• Analyze sales figures and market trends
• Build good customer relationships, and also ensure referrals

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a minimum of 3 - 4 years of sales/business development experience in a relevant field
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationship
• Must be result driven
• Must be highly self-motivated
• Must have good communication skills
