Key responsibilities

• Develop; implement effective sales, and marketing strategies to achieve company targets for pharmaceuticals, bottled water, and animal supplements.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand market leach, and build paltnerships with distribut01S, retailers, phannacies, veterinmy clinics, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the pharmaceutical, water, and animal health sectors.
• Manage promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, trade shows, product launches, and advertising initiatives.
• Achieve sales quotas by generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales with key clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, malket feedback, and campaign effectiveness using data-dliven insights.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
• Represent the company at industry events and foster long-term relationships with clients.

Requirement

• Bachelor is degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Vetennary Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the phannaceutical, FMCG or animal health industries.
• Proven record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
