Sales and Marketing Manager at Somanda Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Set Sales and Marketing target for the Sales team
• Promote and sell wellness products and services.
• Coordinate all the marketing activities to ensure products are effectively promoted, reach target audience and achieve desired sales goals
• Create content to promote the brand
• Ensuring all the outlets are adequately stocked
• Assist with the expansion of the business
• Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, performance, and ROI.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management

Experience

• Proven experience in a sales and marketing role, often with several years in a managerial position.
• Experience in the specific industry of the company can be beneficial.

Requirements:

• Must be a B.Sc / HND holder with proven experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and convey wellness-related information.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently as a team lead.
• Must be social media savvy
• Familiarity with Abuja market is a plus.
