Sales and Marketing Manager at FEZ Consultants

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description

• The company is seeking to employ the services of a savvy Sales & Marketing Manager, who has experience in sales of educational toys and equipment, to drive all sales and marketing efforts, establishing strategic B2B partnerships and engaging the B2C markets.
• This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
• Preference will be given to candidates who reside along the Eti-Osa (Ajah) Local Government.

Qualification/Competencies

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any of the humanities
• MBA / M.Sc in marketing will be an added advantage
• 5 year's minimum sales & Marketing experience
• Exceptional prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven success in developing and 'out of the box' sales strategies.
• An established self-starter and eager to initiate and own new projects
• Achievement-oriented, detail-oriented and results-driven
• Collaborative and enthusiastic about being part of a tight-knit team environment
• Ability to successfully work in an ambiguous environment
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of the educational toys and equipment Industry a plus
• High proficiency in Microsoft Suit Excel and PowerPoint
• High proficiency is deploying digital marketing tools
